Simple steps for returns

  • You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

  • Please note: We do not offer store credit on sale items. 

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our criteria includes: 

  • tags attached

  • unworn/unwashed/unaltered/unstained

  • no makeup marks

  • no fake tan marks

  • no smell or perfume or deodorant

To complete your return, please complete the following easy steps:

  1. Email us on hello@peachbud.com.au and attach the invoice that was emailed to you with your purchase.

  2. Please attach a photo/s of your item in its original condition (only applicable to Faulty Items)

  3. We will then email you a return slip for your package. 

  4. If you are not happy with your item we will offer you a 12 month 110% a store credit which will be processed back to the same payment method you used once the item is returned and accepted by us.

  5. If we have the item in stock we are happy to exchange for you or you can choose another item in store to the same value.  

  6. If your item is (faulty item) we will attempt to replace the item or repair it in the first instance. If this is not possible we will offer you a full refund.

  8. Tip: Use your postage bag that we sent you for your return. Simply turn it inside out, place your item inside, tape it up and head to the post office for the stickers and the payment. Simple! 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (www.accc.gov.au) Peach Bud Boutique will offer either a free repair, replacement or refund on (Faulty Item) once the item has been returned and inspected by our staff.


We have the right to reject your request if we feel that your item does not meet our return criteria and terms and conditions.
