Simple steps for Returns!!
- We are happy to accept returns and exchanges.
- Please note: We do not offer store credit on sale items.
- Our policy lasts 14 days (21 for countries outside Australia) . If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our criteria includes:
- tags attached
- no makeup marks
- no fake tan marks
- no smell or perfume or deodorant
To complete your return, please complete the following easy steps:
- Email us on email@example.com with your concern (Incorrect Size, Faulty Item)
- Please attach the invoice that was emailed to you with your purchase
- Please attach a photo/s of your item in its original condition (only applicable to Faulty Items)
- If your item is (Incorrect Size) we will offer you a 12 month store credit once the item is returned and accepted by us. If we have the item in stock we are happy to exchange for you if that is your preference.
- If your item is (Faulty Item) we will attempt to replace the item or repair it in the first instance. If this is not possible we will offer you a full refund.
- You will be emailed accordingly with notification of store credit OR refund on original payment method OR exchange if in stock.

- Tip: Use your postage bag that we sent you for your return. Simply turn it inside out, place your item inside, tape it up and head to the post office for the stickers and the payment..Simple!
We have the right to reject your request if we feel that your item does not meet our return criteria and terms and conditions.
