We carefully measure each item on our product pages when they are laying flat and list the measurements for you online. 

Our models will vary, however we disclose the size and height of our models in the product description of each item. 

Please note that we stock various labels on our online store and we do our very best to be transparent and realistic with sizing. We want you to find the correct size with ease so you don't have to return your item.

    Simple steps for returns

    - You can return any item within 30 days of purchase.
    - The item must be unused with the original tags still attached.
    - The item must be in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

    Please note: We do not offer store credit or exchange on SALE ITEMS. All sales are final as the item is reduced. 

    - Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    - To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our criteria includes:

    - tags attached

    - unworn/unwashed

    - unaltered/unstained

    - no makeup marks

    - no fake tan marks

    - no smell or perfume or deodorant


      To complete your return, please complete the following easy steps:

      1. Email us on and attach or screenshot the invoice that was emailed to you with your purchase.

      2. We will then email you a return slip for your package.

      3. Once the item is returned and accepted by us we will offer you a 12 month 110% STORE CREDIT. You will receive a personalised code that you can apply at our checkout to use your credit, this code will be sent to you via email.

      4. If we have the item in stock we are happy to exchange for you or you can choose another item in store to the same value.  

      5. If your item is (faulty item) we will attempt to replace the item or repair it in the first instance. If this is not possible we will offer you a full refund.

        Tip: Use your postage bag that we sent you for your return. Simply turn it inside out, place your item inside, tape it up and head to the post office for the stickers and the payment. 

        In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Peach Bud Boutique is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made with AfterPay. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law ( Peach Bud Boutique will offer either a free repair, replacement or refund on (Faulty Item) once the item has been returned and inspected by our staff.

        We have the right to reject your request if we feel that your item does not meet our return criteria and terms and conditions.

            - All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

            - The estimated delivery time is 1 - 3 business days, dependent on Australia Post & Sendles delivery schedule.  In many cases, customers in local areas will receive their package the day after it is shipped. Regional areas can take up to 3-7 working days.

            - Please note we are experiencing delays with shipping due to Covid lockdowns. We will keep track of your parcel and if it’s delayed we will raise a claim and will contact you.

              Terms and Conditions

              1. Shipping costs will be displayed and included in the "Total Cost" section at the checkout.

              2. We aim to post your order the next business day if placed during weekdays. If your order is placed during the weekend we will post your order first thing Monday morning.

              3. You will receive a shipping notification via email or text message to let you know that your order is on the way. 

              4. Peach Bud Boutique is not responsible for any lost or delayed parcels once lodged with Australia Post or Sendle


              (International Orders) In the event that any customs fees, taxes and duties apply, they are the sole responsibility of the customer. Peach Bud Boutique is required to state the full value of your order on the package and this will then determine the applicable fees. We suggest you contact your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees prior to placing an order. If there are tax/import charges raised and you refuse to accept the parcel, it will be held for a period of time and returned back to us. If an order is refused due to customs fees we are not obliged to offer a refund, we will only refund in the form of a store credit (less shipping cost) as this is not a fault from our end.
